The hotel location proved EXCELLENT. I found the staff really helpful and friendly. My room had HUGE windows allowing for lots of natural sunlight.
there was NOT enough lighting in the room. To get power to work, I had to leave the room card inside a pocket on the wall. It was a bit annoying. The shower was slippery, as there was no nonslip mat provided.

i found the staff always cheerful and ready to help. the 24/7 coffee machine was a blessing for early mornings. i loved that i could leave my luggage without a charge. the location helped since everything felt accessible!
the noise from the street made sleep difficult sometimes, i wish they had thicker windows.

the superior room had simple but nice decor with excellent tiling in the bathroom. thick curtains kept the sun out, great for sleeping in. the room felt spacious and very comfortable.

This hotel is close to la rambla and the gothic quarter. It is a great advantage. supermarkets and various restaurants are located nearby the hotel. walking to main attractions is easy from this central location!

I appreciated the hotel's central location, close to many attractions. The free coffee machine was a nice perk, and I used it often. The staff helped me plan my sightseeing and gave good restaurant tips.
The ventilation in my room only provided heating. It didn't offer a cooling option, a minor issue.

The staff were cute and ready to help with any questions. The hotel entrance had a modern look. Daily room cleaning was provided.
I found the shower very slippery. There was no non-slip mat. The room did not have a kettle, tea, or coffee. Access to the Wi-Fi required scanning a QR code from reception each time I left the building.

friendly staff great location convenient shops noisy hotel thin walls lack balcony
the staff were very friendly and accommodating it was lovely. the hotel is located just a short walk from la rambla in a nice road. nearby i found shops and restaurants. the location was perfect for my stay.
the hotel could be noisy i could hear doors slam. the walls seemed thin i could hear other guests. our room had no balcony or a window i could open. the air felt stuffy after showers.
